Getting started is simple. Reach out through our email (brad@hosannafamilymedicineandlactation.com) or give us a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

No, we do not submit claims to any insurance carriers. We are able to see patients who have private insurances, but we cannot see Medicare or Medicaid patients. We recommend that most of our patients have AT LEAST catastrophic/hospitalization insurance coverage or health sharing.

We ARE able to order imaging/labs/medications through your insurance, if you desire.

As of January 1st 2026, the “Big Beautiful Bill” allows those with an HSA to pay for Direct Primary Care monthly fees with their HSA funds.

We will also do home visits when appropriate.

Expect long (usually ~45 minutes) appointments, thorough medical history taking, a listening ear, shared decision making, a desire to find the root cause of issues, plenty of education surrounding your condition, and a plan to move forward.
